The main airline carriers into Phoenix International are SouthWest Airlines and US Air. Phoenix International Airport is located 15 minutes from our Phoenix downtown office and 45 minutes from our Glendale office.

Because every person has different life style needs and expectations, ultimately you should decide on the best hotel for you in the Phoenix, Arizona area.

	Located 5 minutes from Southwest Foot Institute- Glendale, this is the most convenient location for surgeries based near our Glendale office. The property is situated close to over 25 restaurants, major shopping stores, Arrowhead Mall, Peoria Sports Complex and is in a very safe area designed for travelers. Special Dr. David Lee rate is $59 (as of 3-15-2010) Must mention Dr. David Lee to get discount.

You can also use Yahoo. COM' s travel section or www.hotels.com to assist in finding a hotel that fits your needs and is near our offices and surgery centers. There is a vast array of hotels, extended stay hotels and condominiums to choose from.

IMPORTANT: When deciding on where to stay, be sure to ask our surgical scheduler the location of your surgery facility and office locations. We typically operate within 10 minutes of our Phoenix or Glendale offices. You should try to stay close to one of these locations. The location of your specific surgery center will be based on where your doctor will be operating for that day.

Transportation

It is highly recommended that you make arrangements for a RENTAL car. Mass transit or public transportation is not readily available in the Phoenix Metro area.  Flexibility of  having your own car is an advantage when you have to see our doctors before and after the surgery.

AfterCare

By law you are required to have an adult present at discharge from the surgical facility and have an adult supervise your recovery for at least 24 hours or the next day which ever is longer.
